Submissions
There are two ways to contribute to BINADW: send us a creative story, or apply to sit for an interview and portrait session when our photographer visits your city.
Two Ways to Submit

01. A creative story
Send us creative writing stories, short form memoir, and literary essays. Biographies and life stories are welcome when shaped through voice, feeling, and creative vision rather than presented as straightforward summaries. Submissions should be under 1500 words. Send your draft as plain text or a Word document. We publish work created by humans only.

02. Interview & portrait photos
Portrait sessions happen when our photographer travels through your city. We welcome interest from anyone, though timing depends on when we visit your area. Butch trans women & BIPOC butches are always highly encouraged to apply.

Response time
We aim to respond within a few weeks. But currently the platform is not financially supported and run only by our editor as a side project, so please be prepared for delays
